EASY Ice-Cream Pie

Jake's 5th birthday is tomorrow, and he requested that I make him an ice-cream pie.  These are so fun & easy, I love to make them.  I learned how to make these about 15 years ago, at my sister Cydney's Enrichment Night at church.  A guy in her ward works for Baskin-Robbins, and taught a super lesson to us that night!

EASY ICE-CREAM PIE
2 graham cracker crusts
1 1/2-gallon of favorite ice-cream
1 can whip cream
sprinkles to decorate

Set ice-cream on counter 20-30 minutes.  Fill each graham cracker crust with half the ice-cream.  Spray a layer of whip cream on top.  Decorate with some sprinkles.  Cover, and freeze for at least 3-hours before serving.

TIPS:  The store bought crusts are fine.  Strawberry ice-cream tastes great with this, but chocolate lovers really like a chunky-chocolate ice-cream.  If you want to get fancy, decorate with something that represents the flavor of ice-cream.  Keep both pies, or share one with a neighbor!
