Art for Mom

As I made dinner, Max (6) kept asking me a handful of questions. I later found that the questions were research for this drawing he made for me. The hearts represent my favorite number, and all the other items represent the other answers I gave. He just wanted to make me a present that I would love, and he hit the nail on the head. I love all the love and thoughtfulness he puts into his gifts. Max is such a loving child.

Natalie (8) used her own creativity for inspiration, and knocked the socks of me with this one. First of all, how could she go wrong with such flattery?! I am especially impressed with the picture of us hanging out together, and I love the birds up high in the sky that are dressed like Natalie and me. This is so much fun for me to look at. I so appreciate the love that is shared with me through such beautiful art.

I hope you save all of these in a book, especially for those days you feel blue. What a great thing they did to show you how special you really are.
